I am a practising coach currently completing professional coach training in an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited programme. Graduation and receipt of a diploma confirming coaching competencies to ICF standards is scheduled for June 2026. ICF coaching is grounded in a strict ethical code, 8 core competencies, and a focus on achieving a result within each session. For me, coaching is a space where you bring your situation into the open and I help you structure it. I work with whatever is present for you right here and now, with a focus on future change. My role is to be a partner in exploration within a non-judgemental, accepting space: I am not involved in your life, I don't project my expectations, and I don't guide you towards any "right" answers. At the start of each session you set a goal, and the outcome of our work is movement towards that goal — a new perspective, ideas or concrete next steps — in whatever form is most useful to you right now. A coach does not give advice; they help the client find their own solutions. I have over 10 years of experience in corporate career development and team development. I have completed professional retraining in the Fundamentals of Psychology. Important: as a coach I do not treat mental health conditions or work with trauma. I do not teach specific professional skills as an expert, and I do not solve problems on behalf of the client. I do not diagnose mental states and I am not a substitute for psychotherapy.
