I came to sports and nutrition through CrossFit and weightlifting. Over time this path led me to bodybuilding and professional work with the body, discipline and recovery. In 2025 I competed at international bodybuilding competitions in Dubai — this gave me valuable practical experience in preparation, regimen, nutrition and conditioning at a high level. Today I work as a coach and help people build training, nutrition and lifestyle holistically — without extremes or harsh restrictions, but with a clear system and real results. For me it's important not only to change the way you look, but also to help you feel stronger, more energetic and more confident in everyday life. I work with beginners as well as those who already train and want to reach a new level, improve body quality, fix their nutrition and make sport part of life. In my work I take into account individual specifics, training level, schedule, lifestyle and goals.
