2. How We Use Data
Collected data is used exclusively for: • Forwarding your request to the selected professional. • Matching specialists to your request. • Protection against spam and abuse (request rate limits). • Improving platform performance. We do not use your data for marketing emails and do not sell it to third parties.
3. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Your name and phone number are shared with a professional only with your explicit consent, which you give when submitting a request. We do not share data with advertising networks, analytics companies, or other third parties, except as required by UAE law.
4. Cookies
ProLocals uses only essential cookies for proper site functionality: • Technical cookies — to maintain sessions and language preferences. • Authentication cookies — for platform administrators only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
Request data is stored for 12 months from submission, after which it is automatically deleted. IP addresses are stored for no more than 30 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via WhatsApp or Telegram.

We implement standard security measures to protect your data: encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure storage, and restricted access to personal information. However, no system can guarantee absolute data security on the internet.
